A Leader, is a confident person that spreads influence, leads by example, communicates well, places others above self, and ultimately gets results.

Each successful mission relies on many different people working together and sticking to their assigned role.

If your role is to lead, then you lead. If it’s to follow, then you follow. It’s pretty simple.
